


The tests are designed to improve efficiency in the recruitment process. Individual candidate’s test results are compared to a comparable group of similarly qualified personnel employed in the same role as the candidate you are testing. This indicates the strength of a candidate’s knowledge and ability by demonstrating where they would be placed in the comparable group.
Qubic have a number of consultants trained to Level A standard, giving them a certificate in competence in occupational testing provided by the British Psychological Society. This enables them to carry out tests, analyse results and give feedback to candidates and prospective employers.
Qubic can offer this as a separate service to assist clients in their own recruitment process. This service can also be used as a benchmark to assess a client’s existing workforce and highlight any specific areas where training may be required.
