
Qubic are highly experienced in Contract Management and will sustain an honest relationship and uphold complete confidentiality regarding all areas of a client’s business.

This service applies to long-term temporary recruitment. This is based on a workforce that is shared between the client and Qubic, where the percentage of long-term temporary workers will depend on the flexibility required.
Qubic currently manage up to levels of 50% long-term temporary workers against 50% permanent staff. Qubic integrate the workforce and adopt the systems in place, ensuring a harmonious working relationship.
There is no set format for this service as each client has their own individual work systems and rules.
Key points of service provision
This can include but is not limited to:
- A full-time Qubic Contract Manager assigned to the contract. This manager may be based at your site if the temporary staff requirement is high.
- Full tailored induction courses for all temporary workers. These are carried out by professionally qualified Health and Safety instructors. Induction courses can be held at Qubic's training facilities or on site.
- Provide full PPE and Uniform as required to satisfy a client's risk assessments and subsequent safe working practices.
- Ensuring that all Qubic personnel are on site at the correct time and wearing the necessary PPE and Uniform for the task.
- Maintain a relief system of experienced workers to cover
absenteeism (this system can also be used to cover permanent employees absenteeism).
- Maintain employee discipline.
- Maintain Qubic database, recording workers skills and experience.
- Attend regular meetings with clients' supervisors and management to discuss issues that arise and initiate any subsequent action.
- Offer free training to maintain a core skill group within the workforce.
- Provide full Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) reports on a weekly basis.
