Qubic are pro-active in their approach when submitting your CV. We do not wait for a vacancy to arise but submit the CV, with your permission, to a number of clients who currently employ people within that domain. In addition, Qubic can create a personal profile for you, to give an in-depth description of your abilities. As part of this profile Qubic carry out SHL occupational tests to assess the skills you possess, to give the prospective employer a more informed and detailed view of you, which a CV alone can not do. |

When a client is actively seeking a permanent member of staff, they will invite Qubic to carry out the initial recruitment process on their behalf. Qubic will primarily interview, reference and assess candidates before sending CV’s to the client. The client will then interview any suitable candidates before deciding on a successful applicant. As the successful applicant, you will work exclusively for the client and not through Qubic.
This uses the two processes of temporary and permanent. This will mean that you work for a set number of weeks on a temporary basis, before being employed on a full time basis. This allows you the opportunity to assess the role and for the client to review you. If after the number of weeks previously stated both parties are in agreement, the position will become permanent.
In a temporary position, Qubic is your employer, not the client you are working for. Qubic offer long and short term temporary positions. Temporary workers may be required for short term:
We have long term assignments for people seeking employment on a long term basis. It is also an ideal way for an employer to recruit permanent staff from within the temporary workforce.
Temporary candidates are highly valued and are integrated with the permanent workforce.
